The reasons I've suggested making SVGZoomAndPan as-is in the spec: * It already has [NoInterfaceObject] in Chromium and WebKit (https://github.com/w3c/svgwg/issues/291#issuecomment-254204205) * A search in httparchive found no content depending on it.
