action item: frequently-asked questions review and additions

Heyo.

In completion of my action item:

I've reviewed the FAQ (reminder: 
http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/soapjms/wiki/2008-09_FAQ).  I see that we 
need to *answer* more of these frequently-asked questions, and suppose 
that that's something I might contribute to.

On review, my particular concerns seem mostly related to questions of 
URI, and since that specification is not hosted by W3C, it would be 
inappropriate to place such questions there ... I think?  So ... apart 
from noting that our FAQ contains more Qs than As, I shall pronounce 
myself satisfied with the collection of questions as it now stands.
