IETF "area" for URI scheme

I'm going back through the XML RFC document for the URI scheme, and
found this element:

<!-- This needs to be one of the defined IETF Areas -->
  <area>AREA</area>

This seems like it is supposed to be from this page:
http://www.ietf.org/html.charters/wg-dir.html

I think the appropriate thing to put here is tsvwg, but I don't know.
Perhaps better to leave it blank?

Anyone with any insight?

-Eric.
