RE: introductions: eric miller, w3c

I'm Joanne Luciano. I'm at Harvard Medical School in George Church's Lab
and a visiting Honorary Research Fellow in the Department of Computer
Science at University of Manchester (UK). I've been active in the community
by being one of the organizers of the BioPathways Consortium, helping with
the Semantic Web for Life Science Workshop last October, and have been
involved in BioPAX (a data exchange language for biological pathways written
in OWL) since its inception. I'm very keen on applying semantic web
technologies in health care and the life sciences and currently
collaborating with Manchester (Robert Stevens) on using data in BioPAX
format to explore biomolecules in the context of pathways. One of these
days I'll get around to putting up a proper web site.
