suggest no coverage call this week

Hi all

I'm not available this week at our usual time, and since we had the Face to
Face and associated conference call last week, I suggest having no call
this week, but convening again on 12 April (UTC).

In the mean time, I'll get in touch with Francois about the formal
publications we agreed in Delft - namely a new version of QB4ST and a FPWD
of CoverageJSON.
