- Review actions (open [2] and pending review [3])

4. Publication plans (30 mn)

- Making decisions about the publications of BLD [4], SWC [5], FLD [6], 
UCR [7], DTB [8] and PRD [9]

   * BLD underwent extensive changes since the snapshot on which the 
resolution to publish as LC was based, some of which are quite 
substantive; the chairs believe that this makes obsolete the publication 
resolution voted during F2F10. Shall we start a new review cycle before 
voting a new resolution to publish?

   * Although the changes in SWC are less extensive, the chairs believe 
that the F2F10 decision to publish SWC as LC should be re-confirmed as well.

   * The chairs propose that the other documents, being WD (not LC), can 
be published according to the F2F10 resolutions.

5. Core [10] (45 mn)

- Initiating the discussion about the form of the Core dialect: is it 
only defined as a common profile of BLD and PRD? Is there a separate 
Core document (where Core is specified directly, without reference to 
BLD and PRD)? Is there a separated Core XML schema? If yes, is that 
schema included (xs:include/xs:redefine) in the schemata for BLD and PRD 
or simply copied (ISSUE-69 [11])?
