RIFWG, There is a W3C publication moratorium coming up before the AC meeting in May and we would like to try to beat that. We must resolved at next tuesday's telecon to publish the three documents: FLD, BLD, RDF+OWL Of course we may resolve to publish only a subset of these, which is fine, but the decision to publish (or not) will be made in the first 30 minutes of the telecon next week, in order to get the request in by the deadline of noon EDT. For the documents we decide to publish, we will have *two more days* to get the document in WD form. We need anyone and preferably everyone in the WG to review these documents. FLD is a candidate for first WD, BLD and RDF+OWL for their second WDs. Much has changed in the text of BLD and FLD, though the content of the sum of the two documents is quite similar. -Chris -- Dr. Christopher A.
