Actually, the way it written now you cannot use HTML5+RDFa exclusively.  
You MUST use an approved format.  You may also use any other 
serialization you want.  JSON, for example.

Hmm.  I might word smith this a tad more.  The thing we agreed upon is 
'initial context' for the start of processing, and 'evaluation context' 
for what happens when processing is ongoing.
