[JSON] JSON Syntax Options - Datatypes / Typed Literals

Hi All,

I've updated the JSON Syntax Options page to add a full set of options 
for expressing typed literals and handling datatypes in the JSON syntax:

   http://www.w3.org/2011/rdf-wg/wiki/JSON_Syntax_Options#Datatypes

Do review / amend at your leisure.

Will continue on with other things like languages, lists, blanknodes and 
triple vs object based combinations as and when I get a chance.
