I know how to do it, but not how it works.
Steve helped me install 3store. $(cd tests/ && make) builds the
index.html . I've committed 1.67 , which includes "approved" on:

  http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/DataAccess/tests/#dawg-filter-scope-002
  http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/DataAccess/tests/#dawg-filter-scope-003
