Sounds like an excellent candidate for a test case. Seems like you've
done 99% of the relevant work. Have you checked these into the test
repository? If not, please do.

I tried to find them in
  http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/DataAccess/tests/

I can't tell if they're really not there or I just can't see them.
