Can you please s/file:// in all the tests.  They should be protocol
independent relative URIs, not one particular protocol relative.
I have to do this fix to make them run with standard URI resolving code.
I expect to run these tests live from http:// DAWG web space as well
as locally cached (or some optimised way to it not-networked, in a zip).
