For what it's worth I'm not convinced this is conformant behavior, but I think
we can add a static typing query that follows the line of thinking of the
static typing community.

Tim, could you provide a query which unconditionally raise XPDY0002 for static
typing implementations? Will "node-test", without quotes, do? I'll add that as
a @static-name test.
