ORA-DM-331-B: No rule for constructing the document-uri property

SECTION 6.1.3: Construction from an Infoset (of a document node)

A document node has a document-uri property, but these 
rules do not tell how to set it.
If the document-uri property does not exist in the Infoset, we should say so, and we should say how it gets into the data model.
