There is a night train from Cannes (leaving 20:19) to Strasbourg
(arriving 8:07) that appears to run the Saturday after the F2F.  There
are lots of trains (including TGVs) from Strasbourg to Karlsruhe.

Getting tickets for the train from NA is a different matter.  If you
find a good way, please let me know.

You can also get a flight from Nice to Frankfurt (for the low, low
price of about US$900).
