MIME type for OWL 1.1. XML syntax

By the way, if OWL 1.1 is going to adopt a new XML syntax, is there a 
new MIME type for that? (If so, what would it be?)  Without a specific 
MIME, a URI with a fragment ID would be wrongly interpreted as a part of 
the XML document instead of a resource.
