Dear Jinsung Seol, The problem you mentioned is very interesting and offers promising applications. I'm currently working on an OWL descriptions -> DB views translation. The implementation works meanwhile quite well (it's able to answer all LUMB [1] queries in a scalable way). I'm currently writing a paper, explaining the translation algorithm (the challenge is to deal with recursive OWL definitions, being not allowed in SQL). I will post an announcement to this list once I'm done. Meanwhile you can check the OWLDB module in Powl's [2] CVS repository [3] for the implementation, working on Powl's SemanticWeb PHP API with a MySQL backend. Code and installation however is not yet well documented.
