While this is a nice feature, I think it shouldn't be included in the
mobileOK report by default, given that the mobileOK spec says:
        "Extraneous white space characters in script and in CSS are not
        considered in this test. Such an extension may be considered in
        a future revision of this specification."

I suggest keeping the code to count the whitespace characters in CSS,
but removing them from the calculation in the XSLT. I'm happy to do that
if you confirm.
