Overview of issues

Hi all,

here are some URIs about our issues.

Below is again a summary of the current state of the issues, using
mainly Daniels mail sent on Wednesday, and new information, including
new use cases. For the issues marked as "need discussion" please express
your opinion on the mailing list. During the call next week I hope that
we can close issues as "in scope" , or "out of scope". If we have no
discussion on an issue and no resolution, we could close it with the
resolution "postponed" (until somebody provides new feedback).
I will later go through the use cases provided by Hui and Frank.
