You guess it right, Frans. This is true for most of the terms, but in most
cases the text was revised / summarised. Moreover, the "distance" between
the "INSPIRE" and LOCN text is likely to increase in the future.

Anyway, if you think this may be useful, I can take care of collecting the
original texts.
