Hi All - in the spirit of trying to use the mail list rather than
teleconf time for admin-related topics, below I have two changes to
propose for the Participation section of the TF's Work Statement ...

1. s/Participants must/Participants are expected to/

I think being overly restrictive on participation requirements can
alienate some of the Web App community we want to be active in this work.

2. s/, or send regrets to the Independent User Interface Task Force
mailing list./. Regrets are expected from members of the group that have
active roles e.g. Editors, Chair, Team Contact, etc. or commitments e.g.
members with Open Actions. Regrets from other group participants are
optional./

I think it is useful to know when "key" contributors can't make a call
but it's "make work" for the more non-active group members and I
personally would consider regrets e-mails from the non-active
contributors as SPAM.

3. Re the link to the "task force participants", I would prefer a Public
link if one is available.

-Thanks, AB
