[I suppose you meant files .../xmlspec-its.(dtd|rnc|xsd)]

They are really big and of course inappropriate for including into BP. I
though they are just sort of driver files that include xmlspec and its
schemas and do few redefinitions. I should look inside them before
suggesting this nonsense. Sorry.
