Response to ITS comment about EMMA

Hi all, esp. Christian,

we missed this response to our comment on EMMA:

Christian and all: could you have a look at this comment and start 
discussion with the EMMA folks on the ML? We can come up with a Working 
Group reply hopefully during the next meeting (for the EMMA folks: 
that's Wednesday 12 September).
