Xmlns additions

Hi all,

I had this action item:

[NEW] ACTION: Yves to make sure to have both the ns elements and
xmlns attributes in the test files, intermediately [recorded in
http://www.w3.org/2006/12/06-i18nits-minutes.html#action05]

I've gone through the current test files and found that we had only 2 files with <ns> in the main list:

WithinText1.xml
WithinText2_LinkedRules.cml

They have been changed to include xmlns info and checked in CVS.
