Sample with inheritance

Hi Andrzej,

I had this action item:

[NEW] ACTION: Yves to make an inheritance & overriding example for
Andrzej and send it to him, both verify that inheritance works the
right way.

I've attached a DITA sample, with rules that test inheritance to see if we are all on the same wavelength for the results
(regardless of jhow it's implemented).

The file with "_pseudotrans" is a pseudo-translated file where the translatable text is replaced by Xs, the rest is left alone.
