ISSUE-163 navigating-tracks: 'Need a means for navigating between related timed tracks of media elements'



Per the WG Decision Policy, at this time the WG Chairs would like to solicit volunteers to write a Change Proposal for ISSUE-163:

If no Change Proposals are written by July 1st, 2011, ISSUE-163 will be closed without prejudice.
