Hi Ted,

* ISSUE 30 poll closed on July 1, 2010. [1]
* The Chair's previous decision was on was on August 11, 2010. [2] [3]
* The old Wiki information at time of poll and decision is at [4].
  - It include these for Use Cases [5]
  - It include these for examples [6]. I think one of those examples
is included in the new research.
  - Note: I did not contributed any content to that page up to that point. [7]
* The next time information was added to that old Wiki page was August
24, 2010 when I added the decision info. [8] [9].
* For other new information and research please refer to my email to Sam. [10]
* To understand the new documented uses cases please refer to the
particular constraints and use scenarios for each of the eight cases.
The terms "constraints" and "use scenarios" are defined in the use
case key. [11]
* The "Suggested Alternatives Are Not Viable Solutions" [12] and the
"Related Solutions Do Not Negate the Need for longdesc" [13] sections
of the change proposal may also be helpful to you.

Best Regards,
Laura
