Editors of all previously published Working Drafts, 1) Please prepare drafts for publication with a date of October 12. 2) To better reflect the fact that bugzilla is the primary way to submit comments on HTML WG drafts, we request that the status text on commenting on the spec be changed to something along the following lines (some drafts currently list public-html-comments first, possibly implying that it is the primary way to do it): "If you wish to make comments regarding this document, please submit them via using our public bug database. If you cannot do this then submit them to public-html-comments@w3.org (subscribe, archives) and arrangements will be made to transpose the comments to our public bug database.
