The chairs will do so in due course. We try to pace our calls for  
proposals and counter-proposals to avoid flooding the group with too  
many at once. We also like to give some opportunity for discussion  
before calling for counter-proposals, in case consensus emerges  
without having to take that step. I haven't seen any discussion of  
yours yet. I will do my best to encourage some discussion if no one  
comments by next week.
