Some specific comments on Larry's suggestions: I'd like to clarify that these and subsequent comments on status sections and references for various drafts were intended as personal opinions and not as official requests in my role as chair. I can see that in retrospect that may this have been unclear. My remarks should not be taken to pre-empt further comments by others, or additional changes to the front matter of any draft.
