CfC: Close ISSUE-82 profile-disambiguation by amicable resolution

The spec has been updated to remove all mention of the profile  
attribute, paving the way for it do be defined and made conforming in  
a planned separate draft. The profile IDL attribute has been removed  
as well. So far in discussion, this seems to satisfy everyone who has  
commented. At this time, the Chairs would like to move for amicable  
resolution.

If there are no objections, this issue will be closed by amicable  
resolution on April 27, 2010.
