"profile  on head  elements

     When used for declaring which meta terms are used in the document, 
unnecessary; omit it altogether, and register the names.

element instead."

and in 11.3.4:

"The profile  IDL attribute on head  elements (with the HTMLHeadElement 
  interface) is intentionally omitted, and would therefore not be 
supported in conforming implementations. (It is mentioned here as it was 
defined in a previous version of the DOM specifcations.)"

For the first one I may be opening a bug later on, the second one seems 
to be an oversight as the IDL attribute isn't there anymore.
