It's clear that a design for _parsing_ SVG and MathML has
been integrated, but it's not clear that every HTML 5 user
agent must display inline SVG as per the SVG spec. Likewise
MathML.

That seems like an odd middle-ground to me, but I suppose
I don't feel strongly enough about it to delay closing
this issue.

But I'd like the WG to be clear about what the proposed
disposition is.
