Does that include my analysis of the technical proposal which was made?

If so, I have a follow-up underway. It includes several demonstrations of
how the "test file" tables could be redesigned. It analyses, compares and
explains the differences between the headers+id technique and the "Smart
Headers" technique. (Which has been developed in public by James Graham,
Simon Pieters, myself and several others for the past year or more.)

I'm currently busy with my day job. The follow-up will probably be published
around this Friday or the weekend. By all means review the analysis I've
published so far.
