Instead of waiting, might I suggest a wiki page in which many others
can contribute?  Wiki pages were started on these proposals at one
point earlier in the process, though I seem to have lost those links.
These pages would probably be a good starting point.  In this way you
don't have to document everything up front in a big burst of activity,
but you can add to the reasoning as your hands will permit :)
