Test case at <http://santek.no-ip.org/~st/tests/longdesc/>. The only UA that
I have available that has longdesc support is iCab, so only one test result
listed. I'd be happy to add test results for other UAs if people provide
them. (Btw, iCab also makes the contents of the cite attribute available to
the user, unlike any other UA I am aware of.)
