Dan Connolly sez: "However, it is not constructive is to continue to discuss
matters that the Working Group has resolved..."

If the matters are still being discussed, they have NOT been resolved.

Further Dan sez: "And since by your own admission
you have already presented this information, it is not new
and it is out of order."

"this information" like everything else at the event level changes over
time and under new circumstances, including arbitrary chair decisions,
thus any different approach to said info IS new and if it can be ruled
out of order, we're missing the whole point of having consensus-seeking
procedures.

Love.
