  Imagine, this feature is set by attribute of HTML or HEAD,

e.g. <html register=785> or <head register=785>.

This <html register=785> sends <formdata> like <form>:

<form> sends at press button 'submit',

<meta name=register> sends at loading of document and

at killing of browser window/loading other document.

  I'm sure, it's deal of our WG!
