HTML WG telcon 2009-03-05 *cancelled*

DanC and ChrisW are unable to make the call.  Looking at the four issues 
scheduled for this week, I don't see sufficient reason to hold a call 
without them, we can simply address the issues next week.

ISSUE-56 (urls-webarch):
   Action: DanC who will not be able to make the call

ISSUE-72 (WF2-superseded-by-HTML5):
   Pending-review.  I believe that it has been made publicly clear, and
   if we were having a meeting I would suggest that this item can now
   be closed.  But there is no urgency to this, this can wait until
   next week.

ISSUE-54 (doctype-legacy-compat):
   Lachlan continues to work this, and it doesn't appear to be ready to
   be closed.  Those that wish to participate can follow this thread:

ISSUE-59 (normative-language-reference):
   Mike continues to work this.  I'm concerned that those that have
   volunteered have not followed through, and I'm reluctant to create
   a poll until this has been demonstrated.

Also, action 34 and action 78 (both Lachlan) need either a new date or 
to be addressed in another manner.

General reminder: daylight savings time happens this weekend so pay 
careful attention to the start times for next week's call.  Depending on 
where you are, it may shift by an hour for you.
