John: asking the editor to reconsider and escalate the issue to the full HTML
Working Group are mutually exclusive options.  I'm removing the TrackerRequest
at this time.  Feel free to re-add this keyword once this bug is RESOLVED
again, should the bug not be resolved to your satisfaction.
