I mass moved all the bugs I was thinking of. Please now only use the 
.next product for things that you don't expect to see before 5.2. I have 
made no distinction between "CR" and "HTML5 spec" (=5.1): the idea is 
that it's up to editors to figure out that a bug fix is editorial and 
push it to the editorial_fixes branch (where it'll get applied to both), 
bug reporters should not have to worry about such distinctions.
