The A11Y TF needs to decide if the TF is going to provide INFO on this bug ASAP so that we can get the bug processed by the Editor before Dec 8.  I am sending this request after we discussed this at the Accessibility issues F2F meeting.

One solution is to a gap analysis and to decide if individual bugs should be filed against individual elements for the problem described in Bug 8885.   For example canvas already has a relevant bug.

This is related to TF ACTION-66.
