On behalf of Angel and myself, I would like to initiate the process of 
moving the specification to Last call based on the current Editors's Draft:

If any of the group members have objections to moving to Last call with 
the current specification text we ask you to raise them within a 
calendar week from today, and that you do so on the public mailing list 
as a reply to this email.
