Re: EOWG - Understanding Docs Review Team

Hi Jeanne,

Thank you for the detailed explanation. I now have a good understanding of
the approach you are taking. Yes, I think there was a little confusion.

Your plan makes good sense and Sharron and I are willing to help along the
way when we can in regards to EO support and contribution. We would be
happy to share revised content with you. There will actually be a process
put in place for the content revisions that we recommend to then be
reviewed by AGWG and accepted. I am assuming that once that happens, you
could use that language. If there is a different way in which this can all
work, we are happy to figure it out with you so that you have some sample
content to use in your prototyping efforts.

Instead of you both joining our review team meeting next Friday (which I
see is for a different purpose than what you are working on now), maybe you
can meet with Sharron and I to discuss more detail around what you are
doing and how our EO work could possibly lend a hand. Let me know if you
would like us to arrange a time to meet.

Thanks,
Brent
