Hello Review Team,

I know that many of you saw this in the email I sent out yesterday, but I just wanted to resend to this small group again today just to be sure everyone understands the timelines and task for this upcoming week. (And thank you to those of you who have already started!!!)

I have added some review deadlines to the first two understanding documents that Norah has assigned us to review. I would like these two reviews complete by end of day Friday, 20 July. Please set aside time this weekend or next week to thoroughly review the two following documents and provide feedback using the two GitHub issues that Norah has already created.

Two Notes on reviewing:

  1. Once you read through the current understanding document, you may want to review the GitHub issue *before* you start adding more to the thread in case others have already raised your edit issue. That way you can support their comment, or add to the recommended edit.
  2. If you don't like the way something is worded in the understanding document, please indicate so, but also when possible, go the extra mile to offer a suggested rewording that Norah can work from when making edits. As a reminder, this is how the review process will work: Overview of Process<https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/Understanding_docs#Overview> [1]

Here is this week's assignment:

  * Review and comment on 1.4.10 Reflow<https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/Understanding_docs#Understanding_1.4.10_Reflow_.28Level_AA.29> [2] by Friday, 20 July (hard deadline)
  * Review and comment on 1.4.11 Non-Text Contrast<https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/Understanding_docs#Understanding_1.4.11_Non-Text_Contrast_.28Level_AA.29> [3] by Friday, 20 July (hard deadline)

(If you have extra time, begin reviews of 1.4.12, 1.4.13, and 4.1.3 also listed in WCAG 2.1 Understanding docs<https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/Understanding_docs#Understanding_1.4.12_Text_Spacing_.28Level_AA.29> [4] - These will have due dates assigned in future weeks.)

Thank you all for helping to make these understanding documents more "understandable". :)

Brent
