Rachel Flagg. A member of the eGov group would be very interested I am sure. She lead the federal web managers.

Subject: Education and Web Development

Hello, folks-

Does anyone here have ties to any federal or state agencies that would
be interested in a conversation around improved education for Web
development and design?

If so, I would like to speak with them to discuss some initiatives W3C
is considering in that area.
