I have proposed some Roles that might cover off on this, see this so-far un-merged branch of the Roles vocab: https://raw.githack.com/w3c/dxwg/roles-update/profilesont/resource_roles.html There, the 'central' validation rules might have the Role [Full Constraints](https://raw.githack.com/w3c/dxwg/roles-update/profilesont/resource_roles.html#Role:fullConstraints) and then other non-central resources others.
