draft agenda, DPUB IG concall 20140818 15UTC

Hello all,

Below is a draft agenda for this coming Monday's IG concall, which will be
held at 15:00
UTC [0] (08:00 PST, 17:00 CET, 11:00 EST). Our primary topic for this call
is to look at plans and targets for the autumn, moving through the
taskforces one by one... so here's hoping we'll get a good amount of
taskforce leads and participants on the call.

A scribe is needed as usual -- if you are willing to do the job, just send
us an email in advance of the call.
