ISSUE-105 (captureHint): Should the capture hint in HTML Media Capture be specified through a MIME parameter? [Capture API]

As of November 2010, the HTML Media Capture spec uses a parameter in the description of the MIME type of the accept attribute:
http://dev.w3.org/2009/dap/camera/#captureparam

It's been argued that this is a hack, and might be fragile
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-device-apis/2010Nov/0056.html

An alternative that was suggested early on was to use an additional attribute in the <input> element.

Android currently ships with the MIME parameter.
