Hey,

These two testcases should probably have their pass condition changed to 
make it clear that "directly above" does not mean that there being a 
vertical space between the boxes constitutes failure, as for an inline 
non-replaced elements, "The height of the content area should be based 
on the font, but this specification does not specify how".
